Who I am
(About)I refuse to smooth over the tension between the three. Instead, I use each to shape how I think about digital governance and modern web architecture.
The diplomat
My primary professional sphere is international diplomacy and foreign affairs, with a focus on digital statecraft: tech governance, AI sovereignty and the cyber infrastructure that now sits underneath every treaty. I built the Nepal Diplomatic Missions Hub to bring Nepal's embassies, UN delegations and consulates into one place.
The developer
Alongside diplomacy, I write code. Python automation and utilities, C++ systems experiments, and web platforms in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a preference for clean algorithms, small APIs and architecture that holds up.
The Galáctico
In my downtime I'm a high-level EA Sports FC player and a lifelong Real Madrid supporter. I bring the same analytical thinking to a 4-3-3 high press that I bring to a negotiating table or a code review.
